Philosophy

As a service providing company operating in the real estate business for over 35 years, Immobilienkanzlei Alexander Kurz has regarded the client, whether a seller or a buyer, as the company’s most valuable asset. We consider it our top priority is to fulfil his or her desires with regard to real estate property. The reason that we are counted among Austria’s leading estate agencies is primarily due to the fact that we have such a large number of satisfied clients.

Our credo is based on total reliability in the management of all activities related to real estate business, the complete commitment of all employees and 100% discretion.

Based on this business philosophy, we have managed to establish ourselves as a leading company in the business area of upscale real estate, such as villas, building plots, town houses in Salzburg, lakeside property in the Salzkammergut and in the Salzburg Lake District, as well as mansions and country estates in the whole of Austria, and operate successfully for more than three decades. We also offer special real estate property in both the Kitzbühel region and in Bavaria.

Living space Salzburg

Salzburg war the spiritual centre of Central Europe for centuries and, even today, the unique architecture of the city, which is dominated by its landmark, the Festung Hohensalzburg (Salzburg Fortress), speaks a clear language. As the native town of Mozart and site of the world famous festivals in summer, as well as during Easter and Whitsuntide, the city has, to some extent – now as a cultural centre – lost none of its importance and is not only a popular holiday destination, but also a charming place to live for aficionados.

The surrounding area is also unique, providing something to suit practically every taste and preference in both summer and in winter. The lakes of the Salzkammergut and the Salzburg Lake District are great places to go bathing, sailing or windsurfing. Numerous golf courses, mountains and mountain pastures also provide lots of opportunities for nature and sport enthusiasts. The region boasts some of the world’s best winter sport and ski resorts, which can be easily reached from the city and are ideal destinations for day trips.

Salzburg’s location at the heart of Europe is emphasised by its international airport, which connects the city with the rest of the world. The traffic connections are absolutely ideal. Munich can be reached in just over a one hour’s drive, Vienna in less than three hours and in only four hours one can reach the Canal Grande in Venice. Excellent rail connections go to round off the traffic and transport possibilities wonderfully.

Salzburg is not only worth a trip – Salzburg is a first-class address for a loveable and liveable retreat, a company base with added value or simply a place in which one can enjoy both culture and nature in a stylish manner. Salzburg is not only a dream place to live, but for many a realisable lifetime dream.
