About us
The agency was established in 1976 by Alexander Kurz, Managing Partner.
Our prime principle is absolute discretion and integrity. Therefore, the agency works fully independent, though it has some cooperation partners abroad.
There are 13 employees working in several departments of the agency:
- Department for luxury real estate (villas, castles, mansions and manor houses, lakeside properties, luxury apartments)
- Department for middle-class real estate: sale of freehold apartments, single-family homes, multi-family residences, terraced housing, building plots, cottages and farmhouses
- Department for business and trade: sale of town houses, income properties, commercial properties, plots of industrial estate, hotel and catering properties;
- Rental properties
- Appraisal of real estate: Since 1984 Alexander Kurz has been a Generally Sworn and Court-Certified Expert for real estate.
Our range of business activities covers the whole Province of Salzburg and up to Kitzbühel in Tyrol and the Salzkammergut in Upper Austria. In case of larger properties it extends throughout the whole of Austria, into neighbouring Bavaria and to the golfing paradise in Spain.
The size and versatility of our agency enables us to comprehensively attend to any real estate transaction. After the successful completion of a transaction we’ll be glad to provide you with further assistance, initiating contacts with business partners cooperating with us (notaries public, lawyers, banks).
